Macy's Day Parade
About Us

You don't get too much right now, but this all started some years ago when Chris borrowed a guitar to write a song for a lady. His father bought him a guitar shortly thereafter, and he's been writing music ever since.

Chris met
Justin while attending pharmacy school, and the building blocks began falling into place for Macy's Day Parade. Soon their music attracted the talents of Kurt "Wizzy" Wojak on guitar and other musicians.  Although some members have come and gone, the creative nucleus remains the same.

A work in progress, these individuals have some of the most innovative ideas to hit the airwaves, with musical maturity beyond their years...and some fun immaturity for the in-between times!

Determined to not be caught in one genre, some songs are written with deep, heartfelt meanings, attaching tender memories to each word. Other songs were randomly created while driving or walking home from the college down the street.

No matter what the lyrical inspiration, the music always comes first. Ranging from funk to rock, acoustic ballad to distorted grunge, this mellifluous cacophony always leaves you wanting more.

Currently
Justin is a member of another group as well, Sound Economy.  Check out this awesome Albany based band and support Justin.
